So I placed an order and realized it wasn’t on the site I thought it was. I also noticed they had a rather bad rating. I asked for a refund. This was done on a Saturday. I heard back quickly, and they have sent the refund. I’m just waiting for it to appear now. That being said despite not receiving anything. The customer support was top. So they deserve a bit of a boost.

I have purchased five T-Shirts from the MillionMerch range and the quality of each has been great. Much better than what I have experienced elsewhere including known brands. The quality of the graphic on each and their durability is also excellent. I have also had reason to use their service center and the response was timely and client centered.

An item I wanted was no longer available but MillionMerch informed me when it became available again. I made sure I ordered it before it’s sold out again. I ordered two albums one shipped really quick. Now I’m just waiting for the other one!!

While I was unsure of exactly where my shipment was and when it would arrive, Customer Service was very prompt in addressing my concerns and assuring me that the item is moving in the network (but coming from Australia using a different postal service) and would arrive within the week. Sure enough, I received my order today. It was in good condition, and they even threw in a little “extra” that I didn’t order. Would buy from them again.
